The Book of Revelation (also called the Apocalypse) was written by the apostle John from his personal encounter with Christ and angels to give us guidance on the last days leading to Christ's return. To many, it is a puzzle, a confused piece, a mystery, or a fantasy. This course will clarify the various ways which it has been interpreted; including different ideas of the millennium rule of Christ and how to make sense of these. It will identify key features of the Book that are often missed. For one, it is an unfolding scroll that reveals layer by layer what the Lord wants us to know. We will present a sound and principled way of understanding myriad symbols, visions & numbers. This will open a perspective for us to see the relevance and significance of this Book for the Church from the day it was written until the coming of the New Heaven and New Earth. It is a vital guide book for the faithful in any period of history to lead us through the unfolding events of time until Christ returns.
