Minor Prophets is a course that covers the 12 Minor Prophets of the OT. They are “Minor” not because they are less important, but because their books are generally shorter than the “Major” Prophets. The books and prophets, are namely, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah & Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah & Malachi. Each prophet served in different periods of OT history to deliver the message the LORD gave each to deliver in each's own time. They interpreted the true significance of the events of their time to their generation. They revealed the righteousness & love of God and the terrible cost of unrepentance. Some were given to foretell of the coming Messiah. They shared their own walk and struggle with us for our own discipleship in Christ.
